Customers can use the Digicert Cert Central Guest Access to reissue SSL certificates sold through Hostnet.

There they will be asked to provide the domain name, email address they used for the order and complete a captcha challenge.
This will take them to their User Portal and they can click the Request Access button. A confirmation email will then be sent to the customer:
Click the link in the email to view the status of the SSL order and perform various management actions, including reissuing.
