If you wish to migrate your website to Hostnet, please do the following
- To request a new migration, all you need is an active Hosting account on Hostnet
- When your Hosting account is set-up please create new Ticket and send us data required for Migration
- Make sure to select the correct control panel you need the migration from (WordPress, cPanel, FTP or other) as well as fill out the required details and select which of your accounts you want the migration for:
- SFTP or FTP server Hostname, Login and Password
- Control Panel server Hostname, Login and Password
- Type of Migration: Wordpress, cPanel, Other panel
- Email migration information (do we need to migrate email accounts)
- Additional information about your old Hosting account
- Once that’s done, double-check the details provided and click on Submit.
- Our support team will get back to you once we receive this information and start migration process
